Creamy Scrambled Eggs with Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 50 grams of salmon
  • 2 tomatoes (sliced for garnishing)
  • 4 round pitta breads (toasted for garnishing)
  • Salt/pepper
  • chives
  • Cottage cheese (To be added at the end)

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs/ add salt and pepper + oil the pan
  2. Add chopped salmon (to the scrambled eggs) + chives + cottage cheese (at the end)
  3. Decorate on the toasted pitta bread with fresh tomato
