Breadrolls stuffed with egg

Ingredients

Product: ΒΙΟ

  • 1 loaf of multigrain bread
  • 4 eggs
  • Olive oil
  • chives
  • Pesto+ pesto roso

Instructions

  • Cut the bread into slices
  • Cut a round centre using a cookie-cutter
  • spread 4 tablespoons of olive oil over the bread slices
  • toast for a little bit
  • put the eggs on the inside
  • bake
  • decorate with chives and pesto sauce
