- Prick the potatoes and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200 degrees
- Take the potatoes out, cut them in half
- Remove the potato flesh
- Lightly fry the onion with the garlic
- Add the potato, cheese, salt and pepper to the mixture
- Put the mixture back into the potato skin and add 1 egg on top
- bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes
- Garnish with chives on top
